All individuals and families have their own set of different needs.
I will work together with the customer to accommodate their needs, if it's something they need from every cleaning visit.
If it's a onetime request, I would need to know in advance to ensure I have the right cleaning products or equipment.
This would be based on the individual.
For example, you may have a larger family, which means more frequent dirt can build up, messes in the kitchen, hairspray and soap scum build up showers and bathtubs, and more. For these families I would recommend every week to no more than bi-weekly.
If you are single or a small family, then maybe you would only need bi-weekly to monthly.
That is up to the customer. However, if you will not be home then plans need to be arranged so that I have access to the home.
The time it takes depends on many factors, such as the size of house, and the level of cleaning the house needs.
For a small house or apartment that only needs a light cleaning may take about 1.5 to 2 hours to clean.
The amount of people, pets, clutter furniture may all add to additional time.
A large house that needs a deep cleaning, depending on the level may take 8+ hours.
House watching would be a great service for people who are only part time residents. This would include but not limited to keeping everything dusted, flushing toilets and making sure there are no rings in the toilets, running faucets, checking for bugs such as ants finding their way in, checking on appliances and equipment, and special requests.
For regular cleanings would include but not limited to dusting top to bottom, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and more.
Deep cleaning for a yearly cleaning, or homes that have not been regularly cleaned for some time.
Move in, move out cleaning.
We strive to use eco-friendly products whenever possible. However, there may be instances where stronger products are necessary for tougher stains, buildup and etc.
Make sure the dirty dishes are done or in the dishwasher. You wouldn’t want to come home to a sparkling clean house and yet still have dirty dishes in the sink.
Kids rooms tend to get forgotten about. If there is light clutter and toys on the floor, I can pick it up and place it on the bed in some orderly fashion. However, if there is a lot, the vacuuming and some other items may not be done.
Make sure I have a key or some sort of access into the house.
